Avoca Drive Upgrade at Kincumber

Project Overview

The Australian and NSW Governments are progressing plans to upgrade Avoca Drive at Kincumber. The proposed works extend between the Bungoona Road/Carrak Road intersection and the Joalah Road/Killuna Road intersection and include widening Avoca Drive to provide two lanes in each direction, upgrades to intersections, improvements to pedestrian and cycling facilities, changes to property access and improvements to public transport infrastructure.

As planning and delivery of the project continues, Transport for NSW may approach affected property owners seeking an interest in their land. This may involve the full or partial acquisition of a property, the creation of easements, temporary construction access or other rights over land. Before entering into negotiations or accepting any offer of compensation, landowners should obtain independent legal and valuation advice.
