Mona Vale Road West Upgrade

Property Acquisition and Compensation

The NSW Government is progressing the Mona Vale Road West Upgrade along Mona Vale Road between McCarrs Creek Road, Terrey Hills and Powder Works Road, Ingleside. The project involves widening approximately 3.4 kilometres of Mona Vale Road from two lanes to four lanes, together with upgrades to intersections, shared user paths and associated infrastructure.

As the project progresses, Transport for NSW may contact landowners whose properties are required for the project. This may include the acquisition of all or part of a property, the creation of easements, temporary access for construction purposes, or other interests in land.

If your property is affected, it is important to obtain legal advice before responding to Transport for NSW, entering into negotiations, or accepting any offer of compensation.
