Suzy has recently joined the team at Hones Lawyers and brings over nine years of experience as a planning, environment and compulsory acquisition lawyer, including working on the largest and most complex compulsory acquisition cases in NSW history. Her diversified experience includes providing advice in relation to planning approvals for large and complex developments, environmental and pollution incidents and compulsory land acquisition for minor and major infrastructure projects.
Suzy has extensive experience in the class 1 and class 3 jurisdictions of the Land and Environment Court as well as experience in the class 4 jurisdiction. She represents clients in a range of difficult litigation matters and leads negotiations on behalf of clients to deliver successful outcomes.
Prior to becoming a solicitor, Suzy spent ten years in the Royal Australian Navy. Outside of work Suzy enjoys travel, running and AFL.
