Garfield Road East Upgrade
Property Acquisition and Compensation
The NSW Government is progressing the Garfield Road East Upgrade along Garfield Road East between Piccadilly Street, Riverstone and Windsor Road, Box Hill. The project involves the upgrade of approximately 3.4 kilometres of Garfield Road East, including road widening, intersection improvements and associated infrastructure.
As the project progresses, Transport for NSW may contact landowners whose properties are required for the project. This may include the acquisition of all or part of a property, the creation of easements, temporary access for construction purposes, or other interests in land.
If your property is affected, it is important to obtain legal advice before responding to Transport for NSW, entering into negotiations, or accepting any offer of compensation.
